"There aren't many places that can make you smile when you have just come off an overnight flight landing at 6am to learn that your luggage has been lost by the airline. This place was able to have that positive effect. A location that would have to be the envy of every hotel in town, it is right in the midst of one of the main strips of old town and a short 5min walk to everything from the bus/taxi rank, Little Venice and surrounding areas with great food and bars, to the staple supermarket, bank and pharmacy being within 2min walk. Inside you have a decor and spacious feel that meant 4 adults could sleep very comfortably with room for 6 if necessary. Inside all the supplies you need including toiletries, linen, cutlery and crockery. The place is great and the host is fantastic. Although the host Andreas was himself unavailable to meet us, he was very responsive and helpful on email and he arranged a local contact to meet us which helped with everything from the check-in and check-out (including arranging an elusive taxi to the airport), to hints and tips throughout the stay of places to go and even enquirer and helped with the lost luggage situation.
